Experience Japan and Takumi - The Asian Kitchen hosted a successful Sushi Making Workshop on June 22, 2025, at Alpenglow School, Sonipat. 25 participants learned to make Futomaki and Uramaki from a Takumi chef, after an intro to Japanese food by Mr. Jitender Mehta. Attendees enjoyed making and tasting their own sushi! A huge success promoting Japanese culture.

Experience Japan recently conducted the “Sakura” course (4–18 May 2025), introducing 19 IIT students to Japanese language and culture. After completing the course, all participants were selected for a 2-month internship in Japan, departing on 24 May. A step toward global learning and cultural exchange!
