We (Experience Japan) are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the 2nd Exhibition of 'Japan On Canvas 2024'. The exhibition was inaugurated on November 23, 2024, by esteemed guests Ms. Maho Hakamata (3rd Secretary - Embassy of Japan) and Mr. Koji Sato (Director General - Japan Foundation) at the prestigious Japan Foundation, New Delhi.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by a distinguished gathering, including Mr. Prince Sharma (Embassy of Canada), Mr. Rakesh Sharma (CBSE Subject Expert - Mathematics), Ms. Jaspreet Ahuja (President - JALSTA), Ms. Shalini (Assistant Director - JFND), talented young artists, and dedicated teachers from schools across Delhi and NCR.
We would like to thank our special guests for their gracious presence and for adding to the significance of the event.
A Visual Journey Through Japan
The exhibition, which ran until November 29, 2024, captivated the hearts of hundreds of visitors from Delhi and NCR. The stunning artworks, created by young Indian artists, offered a unique glimpse into the rich culture and history of Japan.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Principal and Art teachers of Salwan Public School and Gurukul the School - Ghaziabad for organizing gallery visits for their students. This provided an invaluable opportunity for young minds to explore and appreciate Japanese art and culture.
We are deeply grateful to the Japan Foundation for generously providing their gallery space to showcase these exceptional artworks. Their support has been instrumental in making this exhibition a resounding success.
