Report: SLAP & Japan Quiz at Delhi Public School, Rudrapur

On 30 September 2024, Experience Japan conducted a vibrant cultural and educational outreach program at Delhi Public School, Rudrapur, featuring the Sakura Language Awareness Program (SLAP) and an interactive Japan Quiz. The event was part of our ongoing mission to promote Japanese language education and cultural exchange among young learners across India.
Mr. Jitender Mehta, President of Experience Japan, led the session and interact with the students. Mr. Mehta spoke passionately about the growing importance of learning Japanese, not only as a gateway to understanding a rich and unique culture but also as a strategic skill in today’s global economy. He highlighted the increasing presence of Japanese investments and collaborative projects in India, and how proficiency in Japanese can open doors to exciting career opportunities in fields such as technology, engineering, hospitality, and international business.
The Japan Quiz added a fun and competitive element to the day, sparking curiosity and enthusiasm among students. Winners were awarded certificates and tokens of appreciation.
