Experience Japan conducted a “Foreign Language Awareness Program & Japanese Language Workshop” for the students of GIET (Gateway Institute of Engineering & Technology) - Sonipat from 7 Aug - 10 Aug 2023.
Objective of this program was to spread awareness about the future aspects/benefits of learning a foreign language and motivate students to learn the Japanese language.
GIET is one of the renowned institutions in the city, preparing young minds for a better future.
This session was conducted by Mr. Jitender Mehta (President - Experience Japan) on 7 Aug, 8 Aug, 9 Aug and 10 Aug for BBA and BCA students.
Mr. Mehta talked about the impact of learning a foreign language on one’s personal and professional life and mindset. He has also talked about Japanese Investment and Projects in India, Japanese Culture and Why one should opt for Japanese to learn as a foreign language in India in the present scenario.
Session was ended with a vote of thanks by the principal - GIET and Mr. Mohit Bhatnagar (Asst. Prof.- GIET)
Approximate 150 students attended these sessions.
