On February 20, 2026, Experience Japan conducted the Sakura Language Awareness Program (SLAP) at GIET. Led by President Mr. Jitender Mehta, the session empowered 80 engineering students with insights into the professional impact of Japanese proficiency. The talk highlighted the surge of Japanese MNCs in India and the unique global career pathways available for bilingual technical professionals. A vital step toward bridging engineering skills with global opportunities.

Experience Japan conducted the Sakura Language Awareness Program (SLAP) at GIET on Sept 9, 2025, for BCA students. Led by President Mr. Jitender Mehta, the session highlighted the career benefits of learning Japanese. With 100 students attending, the event was a great success.
